The Couple

Jocelyn and Chad are a hardworking couple that met by chance. They believe it was fate that brought them together. Chad is an avid baseball lover who moved to Florida for a baseball coaching job. Chad eventually went into real estate where he met his future wife. Jocelyn is a native Floridian and once she met Chad she knew she found her soul mate. Chad agrees that he knew Jocelyn was the woman of his dreams after they worked together for an extended period of time and he didn’t want to leave work. The couple took their time dating and have been together for six years. Their wedding ceremony was threatened by a hurricane, but on the day of the wedding the sun shone bright for this lovely couple.

The Engagement

Chad and Jocelyn have spent almost everyday together since their meeting. They two even work together all day. When Chad had to go to Las Vegas for a friend’s bachelor party he realized he never wanted to spend time away from Jocelyn again. After Chad landed at the airport he drove straight to the jeweler and purchased an engagement ring. He then called Jocelyn’s family to ask permission to marry her. Once home, Chad surprised Jocelyn with the proposal. She was excited to say “Yes” and begin the wedding planning process.

The Wedding Day & Ceremony

The ceremony was threatened by a hurricane but on the morning of the ceremony the sun shone bright. Chad and the groomsmen went to meet a vendor at the ceremony sight only to find a mess of tree limbs all over the lawn. The large party of groomsmen quickly cleaned up the ceremony site before getting ready. The ceremony was decorated with large white pillars, crisp greenery and floral arrangements provided by Flowers by Fudgie. The Bride arrive with the bridesmaids in an old fashioned trolley. The ceremony overlooking the water was serene.  The Bride and Groom exchanged vows then moved to the reception, where family and friends followed.
