The Couple

Bora and Joe are an adventurous couple that met while working. They have dated for two and a half years and make all of their decisions through a game of “rock, paper scissors”. Bora, whose name means “snow” in Albanian moved to the US when she was 10 years old. Bora loves the beach and singing. Joe has a bit of a wild side and has had thirty broken bones, he also has a passion for riding motorcycles. Joe was attracted to Bora’s outgoing personality and smile. Bora loved that Joe was always cracking jokes and cared deeply about her. They quickly became the best of friends and knew they would spend forever together.

The Engagement

During a scuba diving trip in Curacao, Joe proposed to Bora underwater. The ring was hidden in the coral and was fake, just in case it was lost. Once Joe and Bora were back on the boat he surprised Bora with a huge, dazzling ring! Bora was thrilled to say yes to the guy that stole her heart and couldn’t wait to plan their special day.

The day of the ceremony was a full day sunshine, family and friends. Joe and Bora had special details to make their ceremony memorable. They each gave their mothers a rose to thank them and had their dog walk down the aisle as the ring bearer. The Best Man lost one of the rings during the ceremony, but thankfully it was found the following day. The couple completed the ceremony with a sand unity celebration. As the couple was pronounced Husband and Wife, the crowd of guests cheered. It truly was a celebration of love.

The Bride and Groom clearly enjoyed this fun, love filled reception with family and friends.

The Honeymoon

The couple took a relaxing cruise where they enjoyed resting from the chaos of wedding planning. They are planning to take a European Honeymoon in the summer as they continue to celebrate newlywed life and the adventures that await them in the future.

The Couple

Amanda was born in Kentucky and raised in South Florida. According to Amanda she is very book smart, but not “street smart” which keeps her friends laughing. Vince grew up in Lake Worth and was a star football player in high school. After a troubling time as a teenager, Vince is now a minister and evangelist.

Amanda and Vince met online and after talking for several months decided to try a first date. Amanda was attracted to Vince’s leadership abilities and his love for God. Vince was attracted to Amanda’s loving and kind personality. They both realized soon after the first date, they were meant to be together for a lifetime.

The Engagement

A romantic trip to Saint Augustine, Florida was the setting for the engagement. Amanda had an idea that Vince might propose during the trip. During a long, sweaty walk in the Florida heat Vince dragged Amanda up several flights of stairs to the top of a lighthouse. There surrounded by tourists, Vince read Amanda a poem and got down on one knee. Fortunately a kind bystander was able to take pictures of the momentous occasion. Amanda was thrilled to say yes to the man of her dreams and begin wedding planning!

The Ceremony at Flagler Place, Stuart, Florida

The day of the ceremony did not go exactly as planned, but still turned out gorgeous. Amanda maintained her composure through a guest getting injured, food being prepped in the dark and having a bridesmaid go to the store for last minute items. Amanda planned the ceremony herself and wanted the ceremony to be a reflection of God’s love. As Amanda and Vince exchanged vows the guests looked on with joy.  Amanda and Vince were happy to finally be husband and wife and they described the day as perfect and magical.

The Reception

The Reception at Flagler Place was creative and kept guests laughing. Between a round of the newlywed game and the bride and groom smashing cake into each other’s faces, guests had a blast. The wedding cake by PamCakes was stunning and guest enjoyed a fun photo booth as well. The evening was also romantic as Vince and Amanda shared a private, intimate last dance alone in the venue after the guests moved outside. The newlyweds left the venue under an awning of sparklers. The night was picture perfect.

The Honeymoon

Amanda and Vince went to Riviera Maya in Mexico for their Honeymoon. They enjoyed a week of being treated like a King and Queen. They explored caves, climbed the Mayan Ruins and swam with dolphins. The adventure for these two will continue as they enjoy life as newlyweds.
